What to include

What to put in a photographer email signature

  1. Name and specialty

    Wedding and portrait, commercial, real estate. Clients book a specialist.

  2. Studio name

    If you work under a studio or brand name, add it under your name.

  3. Portfolio link

    One link to your best work. This is the link that wins bookings.

  4. Instagram

    Your main social link. Add one more only if you post work there too.

Add it to your email

Add your signature to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail

  1. Copy the finished signature from the generator.
  2. Gmail: Settings, See all settings, then Signature on the General tab. Paste it and set it as the default for new emails and replies.
  3. Outlook: Settings, then Accounts, then Signatures. Paste it into a new signature and choose when to use it.
  4. Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures, then pick your account and paste it.
