Setup instructions
- Copy your email signature.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon on the top right and select "See all settings".
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section and create a new signature.
- Give your signature a name.
- Paste your generated email signature.
- Select your newly created signature as the default under "Signature Defaults" right underneath the preview box.
- Save your new signature by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

- Log in to your Outlook account.
- Press the gear icon on the top right and search for "Email Signature".
- Paste your generated email signature.
- Save your new signature by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom right.

- Open the Mail app on your Mac.
- Click "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Settings" (or "Preferences").
- Click the "Signatures" tab at the top of the window.
- In the left column, choose the email account where you want to use the signature.
- Click the "Add (+)" button below the middle column.
- Type a name for your signature in the middle column.
- In the right column, delete any placeholder text, then paste your formatted signature (Cmd + V).
Due to an issue with Apple Mail your signature will not be visible in the right-hand column after you paste it in. It still shows up just fine when you send an email.
- Uncheck "Always match my default message font" if you want to keep your custom fonts and colours.
- Drag the signature from the middle column onto your email account in the left column to assign it.
Setup instructions
- In order to set up the email signature on your iPhone, we need to send the signature to your email address .
- Open the email you received from us on your iPhone. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
- Select the entire email content, including our greeting text, and choose "Copy".
- Open the Settings app, scroll down and select "Mail".
- Scroll down to the signature field, tap it, then paste the signature.
The next few steps might sound strange, but they are needed to get around some issues with the Mail app.
- Shake your iPhone to display the email signature.
- When the popup appears to "Undo Typing", tap "Undo".
- Delete our greeting text.
- Your new email signature is now set.
